Home
to a new Weber's Ranch Kettle, Heritage House is carrying on the family
tradition of fine Southern BBQ. Bill learned his skills by watching
his father cook mouthwatering BBQ his entire life. Joe has passed the
torch (and his secret recipes), on to his kids - and has high expectations
that the tradition and quality of dishes will continue at Heritage House.
We do not plan on disappointing our Dad! 
Bill
will host a number of barbecue-friendly events throughout the year. His
specialties including slow-cooked BBQ basted ribs, whole rosemary chicken,
roasted vegetables and marinated artichokes. On occasion, when the water
is clear, and Bill's spear-hunting skills are honed, expect fresh barbecued
fish from our local waters.
Our
Dining Manager Nicole and her staff of talented cooks enhance Bill's Grill
with homemade sides, fresh cornbread and amazing salsas. All the tastes
of Spring and Summer will be represented.
