Nestled on the outskirts of Santa Barbara, in the beautiful community of Goleta, Heritage House has defined a new approach to senior residential care. Outside, Heritage House resembles a rambling country home with elements that are true to the historic farm architecture of Goleta - complete with covered porches, gardens and an orchard of lemon trees. Inside, Heritage House is structured into four neighborhoods that radiate off central community living, dining and activity areas. There are a total of 56 studio and 1-bedroom apartments. Our community is large enough to address a diversity of needs and interests, and small enough to guarantee personalized service to each of our residents.

We offer meals like you would find in a fine restaurant. A full activity schedule ranging from fitness and art classes to field trips and visits to many of the cultural events in Santa Barbara. We make every effort to provide the best of care, and are able to develop individual plans for residents who have special requests. Our memory impairment neighborhood, the Heritage Garden, offers an even greater array of services and activities for residents with Alzheimer's or dementia related disorders.
